Seeking treatment does not always mean stepping away from work, family, school, or other daily responsibilities. Miramont Behavioral Health’s Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Middleton provides structured support while helping adults remain connected to their everyday lives.
Available through both in-person and virtual participation, the program makes treatment more accessible for individuals who may face transportation challenges, live farther from the facility, or simply need greater flexibility.
What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?
An IOP provides more structure and support than traditional weekly outpatient therapy without requiring an overnight stay. It may be appropriate for individuals beginning treatment or transitioning from a higher level of care, such as inpatient or residential treatment.
Miramont’s IOP serves adults experiencing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions. Through individualized treatment planning and supportive group sessions, participants can develop practical skills to manage symptoms, navigate challenges, and support continued healing.
Treatment That Fits Your Life
Finding time for treatment can be difficult, especially for individuals balancing professional, personal, and family obligations. Miramont’s evening schedule allows participants to receive consistent support while maintaining many of their daytime responsibilities.
Sessions are offered Monday through Friday from 4 – 7 pm. Participants are encouraged to attend five days each week, with a minimum of three days based on clinical recommendations.
Choose In-Person or Virtual Participation
Miramont offers the IOP both in person at its Middleton location and through virtual participation. Having both options can make it easier for individuals to access care in the environment that works best for their needs.
In-person treatment provides face-to-face interaction in a structured, supportive setting. Virtual participation offers the convenience of connecting from home, reducing barriers related to travel, transportation, scheduling, or distance.
Regardless of how participants attend, they receive structured treatment led by experienced clinicians and the opportunity to connect with others in a supportive group environment.
Evidence-Based Support
Miramont’s Evening IOP uses evidence-based approaches designed to help participants better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Treatment may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Individualized treatment planning
- Supportive, mixed-gender group sessions
These approaches can help participants strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, build confidence, and make meaningful progress toward their personal goals.
Take the Next Step
No one should face mental health or substance use challenges alone. Miramont Behavioral Health’s Evening IOP offers structured, flexible support that can fit into your life – whether you choose to participate in-person or virtually.
